Shipping in the US is only $4.95 per
order.
Some products have free shipping
offers. These will be clearly marked

shipped by the US Postal Service -
Priority Mail or first class mail.
Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Canada
Orders are shipped to Canada by
International Airmail, Global Priority or Global Express Airmail
through the postal service. The
shipping cost depends on the weight of the
package. Most orders cost between

International Orders
Shipping Costs
International orders are shipped
by International First Class, Global
Priority or Global Express Airmail through
the Postal Service. Shipping charges
are based on the weight and size of the
package. The shipping charge on the
online order form will read $0.00. We
will manually add the shipping costs when
your order is processed & notify you by

Terms and Conditions:
Each country has different regulations;
therefore, it is up the customer to make
sure that they are allowed to import
supplements from the US. If
customs returns your package to us because
you did not have permission to import
supplements or specific supplements are
banned, we will
provide a refund on the purchase price of
the product minus 10 % restocking fee. The
shipping cost will not be refunded. If
the package is seized by customs and not
returned to us, we will not issue a refund.
International customers are responsible for any duty or taxes
accessed by their respective governments.
Countries
We
do not ship to the following countries
due to customs restrictions: Italy,
France, Germany, Spain. We can
ship orders for customers in these countries
to Switzerland or the UK.
We ship to the following countries on a
regular basis and have little or no problem
with customs (prohibited items are noted):
Canada (progesterone cream, melatonin,
L-Carnitine, Acetyl L-Carnitine and DHEA are
prohibited). Japan (DHEA),
Australia (Melatonin and DHEA), UK
(Melatonin, DHEA), Ireland (Melatonin, DHEA), Israel,
Singapore, Switzerland, New
Zealand (DHEA, Melatonin), and Hong Kong.
Although we have had few problems shipping
to these countries, it is still the
customer's responsibility to make sure they
are allowed to import supplements from the
US.
