Returned and Refused Shipments
Each country has different regulations; therefore, it is up the customer to make sure that they are allowed to import supplements from the US.
If your shipment is returned to us because the supplement was banned by customs,
the customer made an address error when placing the order or the package was
refused by the customer, we will provide a refund on the purchase price of the product minus 10 % restocking fee
when we receive the package. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If the package is seized by customs and not returned to us, we
will not be able issue a refund.
