Login:
This site employs a login feature which records customer information such as name, shipping information and email. This facilitates a speedier checkout for future orders. The login feature does not store credit card information. Once your order has been processed, the credit card information is deleted.
You may access the login by clicking the "login" link at the top right of the page, or you will be directed to the login screen when you begin the checkout process.
New Customers: Press the "new customer" button. This will take you to a new screen where you enter your email address and a password.
Returning Customers:
Enter your email address and password.
Shopping:
Each product on the website is organized by product category. Select a product category on the left sidebar or by using the scroll-down feature at the top of every page. When you have selected a category, all of the products in that category will be listed with 2 buttons for each product - "add to basket" and "info". Click on the "add to basket" button to add that product to your shopping cart. Click on the "info" button to get more detailed information on that product.
When you add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "add to basket" button, you are then taken to your shopping cart where each product in your cart is listed along with the quantity. You may change the quantity of the item in the cart, by typing in a new number and clicking the "update button". You can remove a product by clicking the "remove" button. When you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click the "checkout" button to proceed to the checkout, or the "continue shopping" button to shop for more products.
Checkout:
Step One: You must login unless you already have.
Enter your email and password. For more information on login see.
Step Two:
Billing/Shipping:
Enter your billing information. Enter the shipping information if different than billing. If they are the same, check the box.
Step Three: Order Summary
Review the information to make sure it is correct, then click the "submit" button. To make changes, click the "edit info" button.
Step Four: Credit Card Information
Enter the credit card information. This takes place on a secure server to assure that your credit card information is protected.
Step Five: Receipt
Displays a receipt for your order. Please print and keep a copy of the receipt for your records.
