Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax — The ideal organic whole-food powder. Use in baking, energy shakes, blender drinks, as an egg replacer, or gluten-free thickener for soups, stews or sauces. Every Tbsp serving offers two kinds of dietary fiber, omega-3 polyunsaturates, 3.5 g protein plus 225 mg of SDG (secoisolariciresinol diglycoside) lignans. Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax has no added sugars and is an organic alternative to psyllium, wheat or sugar filled fiber supplements. Free of wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, additives, preservatives, fillers, or flavors, Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax is omegaflo processed without heat, light and oxygen to ensure the highest quality. Suitable for vegetarian, vegan and raw food diets. Suggested Use: Add 1 Tbsp into a large glass of water or juice. Stir well and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water. Do not consume in dry form. Best used daily in blender drinks and baked goods. Egg Substitute in Baking: 1 Tbsp of Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax + 3 Tbsp of Water.
