NOW Myrrh Oil is 100% natural, and steam-distilled from the Oleoresin-gum extracts of Commiphora myrrha.Contains 20% Myrrh Oil in a base of Grapeseed Oil. Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use.
