Glutamine helps support normal muscle glycogen after exercise. Glycogen is formed from glucose and stored in the liver and, to a lesser extent, in muscle cells. In a healthy body, glycogen is depolymerized to glucose and released into circulation. Excess exercise may deplete glycogen from muscle cells.
Suggested Use: Take one scoop (5g) with an 8 oz glass of water or orange juice before and after working out.
