Butterbur Extract Urovex 60 sgels by Source Naturals
|
Nearly 30 million people in the US experience urinary urge frequency. This occurs when the smooth muscle of the bladder contracts without warning. Butterbur supports healthy urinary urge and frequency, and helps minimize the sudden urge to urinate. It has also been shown to reduce smooth muscle spasms, promote relaxed smooth muscle tone and support relief of cellular irritation by inhibiting leukotriene synthesis. Urovex Butterbur Extract is standardized to contain 15% of the biologically active components, petasin and isopetas, shown in clinical trials to support healthy bladder control. Urovex is specially processed to remove undesirable pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs).
Urovex Butterbur Extract may also be used for other traditional applications. A recent article in Prevention Magazine states that butterbur can help relieve symptoms of nasal allergy.
Suggested Use: 1 softgel, 2 to 3 times per day.
